veenion GmbH is relocating

August 2010. Kaiserslautern. veenion is the name of the new company derived from the Hesse software enterprise Healy Hudson which will officially begin operations with 15 employees in Kaiserslautern on 1st. August 2010. Founding the new company is a logical strategic step to allow the core product “impact ordering” to gain a higher market profile.

Impact ordering is the name, under which Healy Hudson GmbH have been successfully supplying their software solutions for procurement and trade platforms since 1998. The ”impact ordering” package is now to be intensively and continually developed and improved by veenion. The target groups remain those private and public sector companies served so far as well as purchasing and trading companies. In addition, veenion intends to increase activities in international markets to gain a market leader position in Europe.

E-Procurement will play a much more decisive role in future for public authorities and in the management of companies in general. In times of austerity and growing demands for increased efficiency and transparency in procurement operations, “impact ordering” is the perfect concept. veenion creates complex, customised solutions precisely tailored to customers’ individual needs and which can also be extended at any time, should the need arise.
